kuatnya instinct mak..

mak nie macam tahu2 aja apa yg jadi kat sini..agaknya nie la yang orang cakap instinct seorang ibu kot.. macam tahu2 aja result dah keluar. aku call aja terus tanya pasal result..terkebil2 aku nak jawab..dah la semua tu tak seperti apa yang mak harap2kan..lagi la rasa serba salah..nak nipu, tak baik plak..cakap betul2 nanti mak susah hati..betul tersepit dekat lif aku skang nie..nak keluar x bleh, nak masuk pun tak boleh..

ketensenan melanda diri...dah la bed sikit lepas tu kena kongsi smpy 4 org, tu tak campur ngn budak kolej lain lagi..ada plak hamba Allah yg rajin pegi amik bed org...klu org yg assign bed tu dh clerk x pa la, ini tak, main redah sesuka hati ja..at least tanya la dlu..tolong berbudi bahasa ye...sama2 belajar, sama2 susahh, sama2 nak grade..jgn la makan rezeki org..kot ya pun rajin, sabar2 lah..kalau dh rajin sgt, tunggu la smpy kul 2, 3 pagi..pas tu bolot la semua bed, x dak org kisah...what the ............................

welcome to pediatrics

i'm just starting my 2nd posting in Paediatric departments for 2 days. So far, nothing much differ from O&G department except that now i'm going to take part in children health assessment. Second day of posting started with Paediatrics clinic, a bit tough when we know nothing and do nothing. I even don't know how to plot growth cart, which I should know. Nothing much I can learn. But, then finally, I got an opportunity to go and learn something from a Dr. She kind of good doctor with a lot of knowledge and willing to sharing things and she tried her best to explain to us all the protocol and details of the patients. I got an opportunity to learn something i never learn before and something new to me.

Actually being in Paediatric ward is kind of happy with those children but there are few things that i might not getting adapt to.
1) there is only 1 functioning ward which is ward 8C with ward 7A is not really functioning.
2)there is only 28 beds to be share with 37 students of UiTM Medical School and other Medical School.
3)we have to share the patients, and sometimes, our patient had been clerked by others which is not assign to that bed. So "wonderful"

But, whatever it is, that my second posting and I have to get adapt to it. And, hopefully by the end of this posting, i had a lot of things that i had learn. I hope all the knowledge that I get from this kids is good enough for me to be a good doctor in future. InsyaAllah.   :)

PIH

1st posting, 1st exam, 1st experience. banyak suka dukanya tapi lebih banyak dukanya. pengalaman exam pertama untuk clinical year, mmg menakutkan. dari seminggu sebelum exam sampai la bila nama di panggil untuk jumpa patient. perasaan cuak tu x hilang2.. palpitation x yah cakap ar..agak2, HR aku msti tinggi kan.. agak2 klu aku check BP mesti lagi tinggi dari patient yang aku clerk tadi kan.. huk3

so, aku dapat patient PIH for Induction of Labour. not in labour yet. wah!!! PIH not that scary tapi bila discussion di depan doctor2, staff nurses, nurses' student which is not supposed to be, memang takut la. yang tahu pun jadi tak tahu.. padahal, baru ja baca. siap practice PE untuk PIH patient g.. time tu complication of hypertension in pregnancy pun tunggang langgang padahal memang dah clear2 nampak dia nya complication..

tak pa la, apa2 pun semua dah abis. keep it up untuk next posting. pediatrics is waitng. hopefully everything will goes smoothly.. insyaAllah..

exam mood

exam is just a few more hour...nervous, tarchycardia, palpitation, increase sweating... all system get hay wire, and infection take place due to increase in cortisol level leading to fever and flu.. currently started to go into migraine atttack..

ya Allah, please help me and all my friends..

yang tidak-tidak aje

wah...tak sangka lagi 3 hari ja tinggal sebelum habiskan posting OnG..cuak giler tp study nya idak pun.. so, apa nak jadi ngan aku nie?

cuak smpy termimpi2 yang aku tengah amik exam then soalan yg keluar ntah apa2 ja pas tu aku x leh jawab..haha..dapat lak examiner yang bukan2, tnya soalan yang out of syllabus. mengarut betul la..

apa2 pun, doakan yang terbaik untuk rabu nie..
