can i have a real patient?

my communication skill is too bad..how could i got this bad in talking even i talk everyday...that y people can easily get irritated with me...right??

how can i talk to elderly people with this bad skill..mom!!help me...
y should i ask my mom for help if i'm myself do nothing to improve myself?
thank to doc for ur criticizes juz now..now i knew that i must improve my communication skill..if i passed this pro pre-clinical examination (which is i'm not preparing yet), i might be in clinical years which i need to clerk patients everyday some are elderly patients, children, men, women, high-class patient, and etc...

someone, please help me..keep talking to me, can some one be my patient with different illness..i want to do a history taking with u...i want to practice being a doctor/medical student with a real patient but where can i find one?

so, if u r sick, please come and see me..let me take ur history of presenting complaints..i'm might be can give u a diagnosis which is 70% not true..hahahaha...  :D

huhu..really need real patients to practice with before i get into clinical years..really need to improve my english first, at least build a confident in speak in english in front of others, especially lecturers cause i can speak english quite good with my friends but not with lecterurs..are they going to eat me??hahaha

y should i afraid of them?dont know..maybe i'm juz too shy..  :D

now, think of a way to be more confident, practice talk with others; especially elderly people, and practicing history taking with real patient even if she/he juz act to be one..
